Language people use tells you a lot about them. When people write what public figures have said in speeches, use the term "rant," it positions the writer in certain negative ways to me. I love language. Words are more a window into the soul than the eyes, I think.

I am working on a novella which started as a short story. Now at 18,000 words, it has crossed into the large category. This is my first attempt at writing stupid comedy, mixing Greek and Norse mythologies.
