It’s not done just to modernize the space, drop ceilings can reduce the overall volume of space that needs to be heated/cooled, as well as offering places to hang lighting fixtures.

Only thing I regret is that these went into production earlier this year before I discovered @Leathermint 🤦🏻‍♂️
