Hello dear, I'm Imad from Gaza, a father of two children. We lost our home and our livelihood, and we're now living in a tent. If you're able to help or simply share our campaign, it would mean the world to us. ❤️ https://bit.ly/4sN8hbB

This is a simple dog cookies recipe made with dog-friendly ingredients. It’s easy to make, and you can bake the cookies until they’re soft or dry them out for extra-crunchy treats.

My girls give them two paws up and guarantee they’re a tail-wagging favorite!

If you give this recipe a try, I’d love to hear how your pups like them.
Happy baking!

Good girls/boys cookies 🐶

Ingredients
* 400 g sweet potato
* 110 g oat flour
* 80 g whole wheat flour
* 50 g chickpea flour
* 1 large egg
* 3 tbsp peanut butter
* ½ tsp turmeric

Method

1. Bake/steam sweet potato.
2. Mash the sweet potato until smooth.
3. Mix in the peanut butter, egg, and turmeric.
4. Gradually add the flours and mix until a dough forms.
5. Check the consistency:
* If sticky, add a little whole wheat flour.
* If dry or cracking badly, add 1–2 tsp water.
6. Chill for 20–30 minutes.
7. Roll out to thickness of your preferences but keep in mind the thicker the dough the longer it needs to be baked.
8. Cut out shapes and place on a lined baking tray.

Bake

* 170°C for 20–25 minutes

For crunchy treats, reduce to 120°C and bake another 30–45 minutes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week.

I have no idea what this fruit is called in English. 😅 In Thai, it’s called มะอึก (má-euk). It’s covered in fuzzy hairs and kind of looks like a tomato and eggplant had a baby.

The flavor is fruity, sour, with just a hint of bitterness—and I loooooove adding it to nam prik (Thai chili dips). It’s also used in some Thai curry pastes or added directly to curries for its unique tangy flavor.

Before using it, you have to scrape or rub off all the fuzzy hairs. It’s a little extra work, but it’s so worth it!

Have you ever tried this fruit? If you know what it’s called in English, let me know! 😊

It kind of looks & sounds like a fruit we have in #Bermuda called a "Loquat" (Japanese Plum), but ours are only fuzzy when they are young. 🤷‍♂️ A little sour when they are young, but very sweet when ripe. 🤙 https://blossom.primal.net/4c29e444956849de9abcb4c99f43ffe4e0cc53d6f6120314cbe6...
