A Standard in Name Only: What OOXML Transitional Tells Us About Format Sovereignty
When a public administration is told its documents are stored in “an ISO standard format,” the assumption is that an ISO standard ought to be a clean, implementable specification that any qualified software vendor can support.
OOXML — the format behind Microsoft’s docx, xlsx and pptx files — does not work this way.

Web and Mobile Development Strategy Proposal
This proposal suggests restarting LibreOffice web, mobile, and cloud development by structuring the project into a set of independent initiatives. Each initiative can be pursued separately from the others, and their deliverables will be useful improvements to LibreOffice even without the other components.

@nprofile1q... @steve mookie kong "Bundling" has several meanings, and is typically used to mean "supply one thing with something else". We are often asked "which templates are bundled with LibreOffice", for instance.
It seems you're referring to packaging as an executable, which LibreOffice doesn't currently support. Help the volunteers to implement it, or fund a developer! (Saying LibreOffice is "not functional" when millions of people use Impress every day is clearly not true though 😉)
