If you can do 3 days, why not a 5-day juice fast? The first couple days are usually the hardest (hunger), so imo just dig deep and go for the 5 😉 I'm in the middle of a cleanse myself.. epsom salt, psyllium husk, de-parasite and de-heavy metals. There's more, but I don't wanna gross u out hehe - u can do it! 💪

depends on the type of content you produce. for instance if you create video podcasts, then put them on cast.garden or if you make conspiracy videos, put them on vigilante.tv etc. they all run the free hive-tube plugin for peertube as well for awesome syndication.

People are angry at youtube and all their ads, demonetization, shadow-bans, incomes getting frozen, outright bans, etc. Buy another domain (ie: https://www.namecheap.com/domains/registration/results/?domain=thelinuxcast.tv) and run your own streaming instance (agori.host). This will also give you some monetization and a ton of syndication via rss, hive communities and the fediverse (ie: cast.garden/about/follows). Even your audience can earn a little, and chat in the comment section with folks from other networks too. Syndication and user engagement are everything.

sadly, i believe they are not cross-app comments. they probably store them on a centralised server of theirs too, rather than using s3 and minio seeders.
