I know. But most people don’t have it to send. I love the idea. But in order for it to be effective, Bitcoin has to be owned by more people.

Great point. But they need to have some Bitcoin to send zaps. Most don’t have Bitcoin. Perhaps someone or some company (not the government) could create a Bitcoin stimulus package?
