Bending Spoons is making the things I used to use unusable. Any tooters out there have experience with Vimeo alternatives? Must be able to host several tens of videos at a reasonable price, allow embeds on other sites, and have minimal or no branding on the player (at least as a paid option). I’d be using it to show my reels to commercial clients.

My new contracts with design clients states that no AI will be used in creating the work they get — and that no AI product (including from them) can be used in it, either. Also clients aren’t allowed to train AI on the work I create. There are lots of moral and ethical reasons for this but also a DAMN BIG LEGAL REASON

Was just told my little design shop will be awarded a relatively big and visible signage design project! Very thrilled, especially because many of these will be seen by anyone hiking up Colorado’s 14ers in the central part of the state.

I know people have many different learning pathways, but does every explainer really have to be a video now? :tiredcat:

Just got an email from my time tracking app telling me it’s removing my selected tier of service and automatically placing me in a tier where I am paying $200 more a year. The only other alternative plan is one that costs $19,000 a year.

Time to go looking for a new app.
