@Vitor Pamplona when i uploaded this it said something like 112MB compressed (-73%) but this file is 500MB did it upload the uncompressed version or is the 112MB how much it reduced the size?

36mbit/s, 4k, h264... Pretty intense spec. For a 4k video input, use low quality and select h265 Amethyst would have used 10 Mbits/s even at high quality. I don't think this was compressed, maybe you selected uncompressed?
