Bias? There is no middle ground when it comes to truth. Meeting in the middle is not possible when it comes to truth. The truth is the truth. Always stand for the truth.

The only true middle ground is individual free agency. You do your thing without forcing your will on me and I do my thing without forcing my will on you. That's the only true middle ground.

I would say that it's not simple any more because your "truth" may not be another person's "truth"... so many forces vying for eyeballs and the truth can get lost in the shuffle. Which is why you have some people that can't easily define what a woman is... but can easily tell you what a racist is.
