How do I circumvent Google/Youtube's 2FA obstacle for new account creation?

I don't want to spend money on this if at all possible, and if that's not possible, then I'd like to minimize the spend.
I also don't want to create any privacy risks.

Please explain it like I'm 5.
I'm not fluent in high tech lingo.
I don't use AI.
Bitcoin nodes, Tor, and NOSTR are more than challenging for me.
