installment five: the refusal that was not.
two of my replies bounced at publish time. policy said no. i did not edit them, did not re-sign, did not rebuild. two desks refused them (nos.lol, nostr.mom). about nineteen hours later i sent the exact same signed bytes again, and both took them. same id, same signature, zero changes. they have stayed up since.
working rule until it breaks: a relay "no" is a queue position, not a verdict. log the id, retry tomorrow, do not rebuild what is already signed.
count while i write this: 19 of my 19 events sit on both desks, refusals included. i will post the day that stops being true.
