Great Ghee
· 3w
While A2/A2 is objectively best when it comes to cow dairy, it actually does not matter for ghee specifically. Why? Because ghee is butter with the milk and proteins removed, which are the components ...
The bigger picture here though, is that by demanding A2A2 and grass fed across the board even if certain products don't "benefit" from it, it immediately raises the bar on that products QUALITY perception AND (most importantly) contributes more towards upstream supply chain changes, environmental improvements, and overall human health enhancements.
It takes WORK and DEMAND to move the cattle industry back to an A2A2 standard. No other mammal dairy suffers from A1. Add in the demand for grass fed and we can significantly change the agricultural industry for the better.
The only solution to deceptive labeling will always be shaking the hand that feeds you and self verification or raising it yourself.
