You can ‘clash with police’ in a spontaneous march publicly addressed and headed up by a criminal if you are on the far right in this country…no reported arrests.
But if hold a placard protest...
@nprofile1q... also if the officers in first picture have "HB" on their public order helmets, they are from TVP (Thames Valley Police), which means that taxpayers have had to shell out extra for backup from the neighbouring constabulary (and officers are diverted from general policing duties in Reading and other similar areas, which aren't exactly crime-free)
