Yes, I think there's no should or shouldn't. Most important is that you are aware of how you really feel and are in that current moment. And from that point on you can choose how you'd like to continue. Cheerful and constructive sounds good, but it's all your choice.

without “should and shouldn’t” hierarchies, categorization, order can’t exist. “most important” is a hierarchy. we actually have an objective aim or purpose as human beings. if we want to cast aside morality, can we at least be coherent with it? and just say it’s all meaningless
