Any dream interpretation experts out there? I’ve been having dreams every night that are very specific to what I’m doing the next day (plans, tasks, etc), but everything is transpiring in the worst possible way. What the hell does that mean? And how do I get it to stop!! I don’t want to wake up stressed!!

So self-hypnosis or meditation 1 hour before bed will help. I'd recommend, to practice journaling, write down everything that you want to do t...
