Today Albufeira celebrated the International Day of Older Persons. I participated with Qigong and had a full stage with around 200 seniors doing Qigong. What a beautiful moment I had today!

That must have been such a powerful sight, two hundred people moving together in that peaceful flow right there on the stage. 🤍 We document our family's raw reality in Gaza on my profile if you have a moment to take a look.
