Exhausted today. Started with an hour of online Qigong class for Sydney, then rode 23km round trip in 1h37 (32°C heat, 999 calories burned), with a leg workout mixed in, and finished the day with another 45-minute online class for Sweden.

Some days you teach balance more than you feel it. 😅

Feels like summer isn't done with us yet; one more week of heat on the way. Making the most of it while I can, one more month and 5 days before classes start again and the road rush between them kicks back in. 🌞

An empowered person is someone who has the masculine and feminine in harmony and awareness. They simply vibrate with both polarities. They share consciously. This is my vision.

In this century, with more or less awareness, as more and more people experience their spiritual awakening, the wars we see happening are nothing less than an internal mirror of the wars each of us experiences in our daily lives. Wars with a family member, a friend, or simply with strangers in traffic, or over some other unpleasant situation that awakens this unconscious anger and violence. It's incredible how Trump, Putin, and Netanyahu reflect the selfishness that still exists and needs to be transmuted. I see this a lot in people close to me and sometimes in myself in one situation or another in my daily life.
