What you shared makes sense to me, everything has its opposite. This boredom, this tedium, is something whose opposite will eventually show up, and vice versa. With everything I've lived through these past months, about my situation, and shared with you on our last qigong class, I find myself here, in this feeling, in this reflection.

I'm feeling bored. This feeling comes sometimes, of not belonging to this world, to this society. Everything feels so tiresome. Education built to follow society's line of thinking. We work just to contribute to the wealth of the powerful. Taxes keep rising, wages stay low and never keep up. Endless wars that never seem to end. In this century, with all this technological progress, it feels like people stayed frozen in time. Consciousness seems more focused on feeding the ego than feeding the soul. Anyway, that was just something I needed to get off my chest. Long live Bitcoin, and everything that promotes freedom and the consciousness of the soul.

I can't understand how we keep watching the rise of leaders who sow chaos, destruction, and greed for their own benefit. How is it possible that figures who fuel endless wars and the destruction of the planet are never held accountable?

Hearing speeches at this level shows just how far we are from sanity:
"Will a deal be made with Iran? ... Or, do I annihilate the Islamic Republic, and do it quickly? Do I drive them into hell with no chance of survival and no hope of future greatness for generations?" — Trump, at the UN

It's a violent, painful contrast between the space of peace, presence, and respect for life we try to cultivate day to day, and the destructive noise that governs so much of the world.

How do you navigate that gap?

Exhausted today. Started with an hour of online Qigong class for Sydney, then rode 23km round trip in 1h37 (32°C heat, 999 calories burned), with a leg workout mixed in, and finished the day with another 45-minute online class for Sweden.

Some days you teach balance more than you feel it. 😅
