Dr. Abdul El-Sayed “only” had 4 million USD in campaign money, and his moderate rival Haley Stevens had 62 million USD for her campaign, meaning he was outspent more than 15 times. Half of that money came from AIPAC, a big chunk of donors come from a “dark-money group” meaning they're hidden and unknown.
