What is an opinion that you think is pretty reasonable but other people think is crazy? I think anti-price gouging laws do more harm than good and lead to unnecessary shortages and suffering

I mostly agree with you on price gouging laws. The issue is that they're in there sort of as a counterbalance for some of the other regulations, because when the state gives a regulatory moat to an artificially small set of suppliers, without anti-gouging laws you're in a cage being extorted.

With anti-gouging laws you're in a cage being subsidized :-).

Same basic idea as net neutrality laws. I'm huge on the principle of wanting neutral networks, but I'd much rather get it through market forces than through state mandated monopolies on ISP service combined with state mandated net neutrality.

A lot of these things end up being something that you really have to tear out by the roots or you can otherwise just make things worse, by making free markets folks look crazy to the average liberal when they look at the effects of half measures.
