The whole 100 push-ups a day thing feels a little misguided to me. ESPECIALLY if it’s the only resistance exercise you are ...
Pushups, if done properly, build core strength too and the kind of people who do those challenges would benefit from that.
Buy yeah, squats are good too.
Personally I like Burpees. Bit of everything.🤼😈
