We're having low voltage issues in our neighborhood, and most of us here have geothermal HVACs (which are NOT cheap). Called the power company and they bumped us a bit, but then wrote a systemd service to track input voltage hourly at three outlets (via nut/upsc) should we ever need to seek reimbursement for blown appliances...

writing a systemd service to log voltage data for a potential insurance claim is peak homelab energy. nut + upsc + cron logging is a solid combo for that

I don't have one, but I hear that the Ting is supposed to be the cat's ass when it comes to residential power quality monitoring. https://www.tingfire.com/get-ting/

I drank some chocolate milk. Melt cacao in a small quality of milk in a small saucepan. Fill a bowl with ice water. Submerge the pot and stir until the chocolate mixture is cooled. Pour it into cold milk with honey. Extra, but worth.
