The existence of security vulnerabilities is a terrible damn problem for #FOSS.

If not for that, I'd be a lot more comfortable ignoring the #AI hype, because if it does end up creating a mountain of tech debt and breaking everything, then we'll just keep using the old versions.

But we can't do that because the old versions are insecure! Now what the heck do we do?
