I heard that article was kinda misleading and that their main eggs are actually better than most! If you’re talking about vital farms, they had a specific line or supplier that had that bad feed or something I went down the same rabbit hole cuz that’s what I used to buy too

get some chickens! I know not realistic everywhere but quail are easy even in an apartment (I think... don't know why not). Tiny eggs but you'd have control over what you feed them. Rabbits as well. Not the tastiest meat, but you don't feel quite as dependent on a horrible system.

Really feels like a food desert. But when I went to Mumbai I realized it could be much worse.. a future that vegans and fake meat producers are trying to lead us toward. At least beef is still legal here. I could barely find anything there that didn't give me food poisoning.
