No, your email address is safe. The scammers only sent a chat message on the Vivaldi Forum and the forum's system sent you an email notifying about you having a new chat message, like it does when someone replies to your comment, starts following you, etc.
Notification preferences can be changed on https://forum.vivaldi.net/me/settings.
As for Akismet not allowing you to post, please send us a message using the contact form at the end of this article https://help.vivaldi.com/services/forum/post-on-the-forum/.
