Teth is the path on the Qabbalistic tree of life between Geburah and Chesed (strength and mercy). It corresponds with Lust (atu XI) in the Thoth tarot.

The card depicts Babalon, riding atop the Beast (bearing in mind these are Crowleyan interpretations of the symbols, and are thus a bit cheeky when it comes to the Christian interpretations...), and elevating the holy grail (another notable symbol of feminine divinity).

Perhaps not always thought of as the most feminine of symbols, but anyone who knows a thing or two about lions may speak to some symbolism of feminine power. In alchemical terms Leo is the 'salt' of fire, being a fixed sign.
