It's so outragous that scientists can't agree on what's healthy to eat. Keto works to lose weight but reading this study suggests it's really bad long term. What is good then? nostr:nevent1qqs9e0c0ylz...

Variables. Is there a control on light? (Near infared for instance decreases glucose levels). If humans eat grain, is it okay if it’s fermented? What about different genetic factors or past exposures to different environmental toxins? Variables are infinite. I currently like keto/carnivore for resetting. And a mix Weston A Price, Dave Asprey and Paul Saladino type diets long term. Emphasize quality meat, good fat, fermentation and seasonality.

Shawn Baker (carnivore MD) had a debate a couple of months back and I feel that he held is own.

Have you heard of Daniel Pompa? He advocates for fasting AND feasting, weekly and seasonally. His thesis sits well with me.
