@nprofile1q... Thanks! Incised sherds are unusual here too. Most sherds we found there were painted with black lines, which is much more common around here.
The map at that site says the area is Apachean (Southern Athapaskan) culture range, though I don't generally associate pots with Apache, especially around here (though admittedly it's not that far to the Jicarilla's current land). I wish their classification system page had pictures, or the image gallery page, locations.
