I once waited for UPS because they needed a signiture. Whole day off, and right before worktime ended, I got a message that the driver went for the UPS point right away without even ringing my bell.
Same with amazon, dhl... doesnt matter.
Also all the regulations. You cant even build a freakin fence the way you want without having parasites of the state complain about it.
