USA the country, that gives the best opportunity to everyone growing and living within these borders. Maby a good commercial. But I would bet there are more than 10 countries, where opportunities to thrive are better for everyone.

There probably was a time, where US citizen were among those with the best chances. But I think that changed extremely in the last decades. Exactly due to such tech oligarchs like Thiel, Musk and the Amazon guy.
