I don't think I follow. But I would say that healthy sexuality generally does not include tying people up or slapping them around.

choking is interesting as when done correctly it actually produces a high. It's dangerous, but I think some people like to be choked just for the high.

But there is also a wide variation among humans. Not commonly but sometimes people just have pain and pleasure circuits that overlap, so that pain can be arousing.

It's complex. But I think if you could interview people who play BDSM "sub" in the bedroom, you'd find that nearly all of them have horrific back stories.
