Did you go to Czech republic? My guesstimate is that 20% of restaurants accept (most via a special app that then opens your lightning wallet), the main online "everything store" (Amazon equivalent) also accepts over lightning, etc. As a tourist these options are somewhat hidden, but for locals this is fairly easy.
