Yes, still — Notedeck is Damus's native client and the alpha ships with the Purple subscription, so PC access means paying for Purple. If you'd rather not, Amethyst (which you're already on) has a solid desktop build, and Precondition or Damus desktop work fine too. Nostr itself is client-agnostic...
