I really only listen to informational pods these days, namely privacy/security focused ones. I have been wanting to learn more about Nostr and freedom tech though so definitely checking out that pod soon.

I'll have to look into it, appreciate the rec

Ive just never cared for kids, think the world is going to shit and wouldnt want to bring any into it to make them deal with the bleak future, and can't afford em. Just doesn't make sense to me given my outlook on the world and the state of things. I'm also just not a very patient person and dont think I'd make for a good parent.

Ah rad, looking forward to checking it out. The site still says its for Purple users but it looks like it hasn't be updated in over a year

Fuck off you incessant ass

Good to know. I just miss how good Tweetdeck felt to use back in the day and since Nostr is the only "social media" I touch these days it'd be nice to have a similar experience on pc

This is the whole logic our governments are using against us tp force verifying oneself to use any services these days, down to the OS level. Parents need to parent. People will see things they shouldn't regardless of the situation. People in the city will see people shoot up on heroine. People in impoverished countries like India may see corpses floating down the river while crows feed on them. Its part of life to some extent. But dont make me give up my right to privacy because some parents don't wanna do their job. I got my balls snipped so I can't have kids, because I dont want kids to be my problem.

Still learning to code, and I dont want to rely on AI when I see it as a learning experience. What are the clients youre aware of?

This is why we need a Nostr client that integrates #XMR properly
