Dam, I didn‘t know they‘re this fast. I always thought of armadillos as these cute little weird slow tanks, but now I‘m a bit scared 😁

Word on the street is that if you slow cook them for 12 hours at 225 and generously season with salt, pepper, and lowry’s then they still taste awful.
