Gee I wonder why they want to prevent archiving. I think most know they only want to prevent NON-state-approved archiving. This too will fail.
That said, I won't be joining Rachel MadCOW in anything. But if she wants her insane garbage archived, for the love of God, do it! Might be useful later.
