Most eating restrictions started from religions, some say to create segregation.

I think many lose track of “what feels good” should be the goal.

For me, dropping gluten and being moderately keto feels great, specially for less active winters. Love wine, cheese, nuts, and some vegetables, so full carnivore even though felt healthy didn’t make me happy.

Best path I found was to take 2 weeks and go down to one ingredient. Only eat that single thing for 2 weeks. This establishes a clear baseline. Then add ingredients in one by one to see how your body reacts. Bottoms up experience-based diet.

Gotta get restrictive for a bit to understand what feels good and and what doesn’t, then just eat what feels good 🤝
