I didn't stop drinking coffee but I did start with decaf.
I found that I was being to dependent on it (drinking 5 or 6 espressos).
Since I stopped I sleep deeper and I started to have dreams again...
Decaf sucks, but it's all I can tolerate on a day-to-day basis. ðŸ˜
