Yes this is good. Work towards having an eating window each day though. Eat dinner and then skip breakfast (which is not needed anyway) and by the time 12pm rolls around you should have about 19-20 hours of not eating and then repeat. We eat too much food which in turn is poisoning us. And of course eat the right food. I eat steak and fruit. This works well for me.
