This is an advanced version of the cold shower finish, which I always do for 30 seconds after a warm shower. I actually got addicted to the feeling it produces in the body. Some days I just do cold showers (but if you have to shave your legs, armpits, and be bikini-ready, hot water is the only way to get a close shave without irritation).
