Fellow dudes over 50: if we want other people to listen to us, we need to also listen to other people. If we're the only ones that get to hold the microphone, we lose all credibility and seem irrelevant.

All communication is a conversation. One sided conversations are boring. Boring people get ignored.

The only way that boring people can keep getting listened to is through the exercise of power and, if they're not listening, the power used is 100% likely to be unjust.
