Well, some cancers are genetically inheritable and we know certain genetic mutations do indeed trigger cancer. And case studies don't prove anything beyond reasonable doubt.

Cancer is a complex disease, however it sure does seem like a ketogenic diet would be a good adjunct to treatment.
