In all my AI hating i forgot how cool and useful local AIs were. This is the only saving grace. Need to focus on those again.
You're alone on a desert island with nothing but a smartphone and the clothes on your back. You really really want to have a local LLM installed on the phone, in case you're not accustomed to raw perpetual survival on your own.
