Looks as though it’s happening. A bunch of applicants submitted updates to their filings. Would be pointless unless SEC is approving but wouldn’t be beyond Gensler to do that after requesting they do.

Yep, that’s what I would do. Reject the ETFs to scoop cheap sats. Approve them a few weeks later.
