Thank you! I (do) would empathize that the world they were growing up in would feel more chaotic and listen carefully to the stories that they told themselves about risks opportunities. That would allow me to have deeper conversations and ask deeper questions. Ultimately, so that they could see that the reflection of their world and opportunities was “largely” a construct of their own beliefs and actions. I would do this so that they could claim their own agency and see determine their own rules in creating what success look like.
