Just get a mikrotik and quit fucking around. It’s basically a little OC with hardware acceleration and runs linux.

MIkrotik is a decent option, RouterOS is pretty powerful, only gripe is that I've never had a smooth update. I have however only used it as a network combiner and as a failover, never as a full-fledged firewall.
