Anyone here have a 5am morning routine. #asknostr Shill me yours as i am looking for inspiration.
4:30am wake
Electrolytes and caffeine
4:45 start
- warmup 5-10 min on BikeErg
- 60-70 min of training (I prefer CrossFit)
-10-15 min of mobility work and stretching
- shower (sometimes cold plunge before)
- breakfast + coffee + family time before work / getting kids to school
So ready for whatever the day has to offer, knowing I’ve already put myself at a great starting point.
