Another controversial opinion:

People on welfare should be punished for having kids after going on welfare.

Not sure I'm ready to say take away their kids and boot them off the system, but maybe make them take a year of adulting classes if they get pregnant after going on the dole. Classes about parenting and budgeting and learning a skill.

And if they don't attend the class, they go to jail and get their benefits cut.

No more baby factories.
