Any time I have a chance I eat about a pound of grass fed beef and butter and my performance and mental focus is superior than on days I don’t. I mine Fiat sometimes for up to 14 hrs a day. Not sure if is the meat but It seems to feel that way. 🥩🫂🤙🏼
