And I know why.....my "neighbor", who along with his estimated 30 million other illegal aliens, invaded this country, and prompted an artificial demand on housing driving up the rent. So they are related, and connected, and in fact are linear in nature. The more leave for any reason, the lower the rents will go until they hit real rates.
