"why is speedtest.net showing double the speed, but all hosts I mtr end up going through the same ISP?" well, the mikrotik load-balances with out_iface=(ip_addr%sum_ifaces), so for two upstreams it's odd vs even numbers (with some exceptions?), and the IPs I tested with were: 1.1, 1.1.1.1, sakamoto.pl (ends with .103), athena.infr.ax (ends with .181), then a couple others
